Rasa seems like fun
Recently, I've been looking into automation and reducing the amount of repetitive actions required to complete a task. One of these ways is using an AI to process tickets and determine the course of action for the ticket and then execute a pre-defined task. I looked around and found an open source AI solution that basically did exactly what I wanted. The general idea is to process a large amount of sentences that are related to the required task, then test using sentences from various tasks. Rasa does exactly this. The only thing I'd have to do is adjust the parameters. Obviously, it won't be perfect. I'd likely have to leave the AI on manual mode for a long time, which means that it would process tickets and then say whether or not the ticket can be classified. Then I'd have to manually approve for the task to be executed. Incorrect classifications would have to be fixed through interactive learning, which Rasa is also capable of. I'm hoping to get all this up and running within 1-2 months, because it would be pretty cool to have.
